REFUND POLICY

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• In original packaging with tags attached
Due to hygiene reasons, intimate apparel, underwear, adhesive products, nipple covers, shapewear, and similar personal-use items may not be eligible for return if opened, worn, or used.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you quickly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
