REFUND POLICY

At FEMEVY, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• In original packaging with tags attached

Due to hygiene reasons, intimate apparel, underwear, adhesive products, nipple covers, shapewear, and similar personal-use items may not be eligible for return if opened, worn, or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you quickly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

European Union (EU) Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. If the 14th day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next business day.

To exercise this right, contact us at contact@femevy.com before the withdrawal period expires. Return shipping is free of charge for EU customers.

You may also cancel an order free of charge at any time before it has been processed for shipment.

Refunds for EU withdrawals will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law. This right is in addition to, and does not limit, your other rights under this policy.
